24by7ai ("we", "us") provides accounts receivable follow-up services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. 24by7ai is based in India.
We do not collect payment card or bank account details, and we never receive or handle your customers' payments.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or share it with anyone except as described below.
We use a small number of service providers to operate: our web and email hosting provider, and the accounting and email systems you give us access to. They process information only to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We use AI software to help draft follow-up emails and organize replies. Every client's data is used only to provide that client's service, and we choose tools whose terms do not permit using our data to train their models.
Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. When a client cancels, we remove our access to their accounting system and email the same day and delete their invoice data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
We use access limited to what the work needs, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on all accounts that hold client data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We operate from India, so information you provide may be accessed and processed there.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@24by7ai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to active clients.
